TBill – Restaurant Billing & QR Ordering System ("we", "our", "us") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our mobile application.

Owner/admin name, email, phone, restaurant/business profile.
Business Data
Menu items, orders, bills, KOT, taxes/GST, discounts, tables, staff roles, inventory/stock, supplier details.
Payment Data
Payment mode (cash, UPI, card). We do not store card numbers or UPI PINs.
Device & App Info
Device model, OS, app version, IP, crash logs, and analytics events.
Files/Media (optional)
Logo, menu images, PDF/receipt exports, backup files.
Location (optional)
For outlet tagging, delivery radius, or compliance reports if you enable it.
2. How We Use Information
- Provide and operate POS billing, QR ordering, inventory, KOT, and reporting features.
- Create bills, invoices, receipts, and GST-compliant reports.
- Maintain security, prevent fraud, and debug issues.
- Improve features, UX, performance, and reliability.
- Comply with legal and tax obligations.

- Performance of a contract (providing the service).

5. Data Retention
We retain business records (orders, bills, reports) for as long as your account is active or as required by law.
You can request deletion/export of your account data by contacting support@astergo.in. Backups may persist for a limited time as part of disaster recovery.

We implement industry-standard measures (encryption in transit, hashed credentials, access controls, least-privilege). No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
7. Your Rights
Subject to law, you may request to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object/restrict certain processing.

8. Children's Privacy
Our app is intended for businesses and not for children under 13 (or the age required by local law). We do not knowingly collect data from children.
9. International Transfers
Your information may be processed on servers located outside your region. We take steps to ensure appropriate safeguards are in place.
10. Permissions & Purpose
Depending on features you enable, the app may request:
Camera
Scan QR codes, capture product/menu images.
Storage/Photos
Save or upload receipts, reports, logos, backups.
Bluetooth/USB/Network
Connect to thermal/Bluetooth printers and peripherals; internet for sync & backups.
Location (optional)
Outlet tagging, delivery features, or compliance (if enabled).
You can manage permissions in your device settings. Certain features may not work without permissions.
11. Third-Party Services
If you use external payment gateways, SMS/email providers, or integrations, their privacy policies apply. Review them before enabling.
12. Data Safety Disclosure (Google Play)
We disclose data collection, sharing, and security practices in the Google Play Data Safety section consistent with this policy. Some data is processed on-device and not transmitted.

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be highlighted in-app or via email. The "Effective Date" above indicates the latest revision.
